Q: What are the differences between your license types?
A: We offer three license tiers. The Regular License is ideal for learning, personal projects, and non-commercial use. The Commercial License allows you to use the product in commercial releases, apps, videos, and broadcast media. Q: I just purchased a product but the download link isn’t working. How do I get the file?
A: Log in to your account and navigate to My Downloadable Products in the left sidebar. You’ll find download links for all your purchased products there.
Q: Are there download limits? How many times can I download the products I buy?
A: Downloads are unlimited. Once you purchase a product, you can download it as many times as you need from your account.
Q: My friends want templates too. Can I share what I buy with them?
A: Regular and Commercial License purchases are intended for single-user use only and should not be shared. If you purchase a Full License, you own the exclusive rights and can share, distribute, or do whatever you like with the files.
Q: I got an error message when downloading my product. Can you help?
A: Sorry about that! Contact us here or email support AT wemakedancemusic.com and we’ll send you an alternate download link right away.
Q: I am having difficulty opening the project. I can’t figure out how to uncompress it. How do I get it to work?
A: First, make sure the download completed fully. Then verify you have the correct and most up-to-date version of the DAW specified in the product description — this solves the issue 95% of the time. If you still need help, contact us at support AT wemakedancemusic.com.
Q: What types of payments do you accept?

A: Read the product description carefully to ensure you have all the required plugins installed in your DAW. Also make sure your audio interface and DAW settings are properly configured to handle the project file. If you still need assistance, contact us and we’ll walk you through it.
Q: Can I sell my own music on We Make Dance Music?
A: Yes! We have a Creator Hub where producers can register as sellers and upload their own templates, stems, and music. Visit our Creator Hub to get started — you can log in to the dashboard or register as a new seller.
Q: Which DAWs are supported?
A: We currently support Ableton Live, Logic Pro, FL Studio, and Cubase. Each template is a complete, mix-ready project file that opens directly in the corresponding DAW with all tracks, effects, and automation included.
