In episode 37 we make a Deep techno track from scratch using only Logic Pro X instruments and plugins! We start the session by setting up Logic to 124 BPM and 96000KHZ, we start this song from a completely empty canvas today.

We first create the basic percussion, Kick Drum, Snare and high hats and then we add more percussive elements. We then move on to compose the bassline using Logic’s own Alchemy synthesizer. We record the pattern in MIDI and process it to render a deep techno bassline!
We then add some vocal effects that are playing along the bass. Then we feel the need to layer more synths to create depth and add to the groove.

We then add a few more elements to the percussion so they follow the groove of the song. We then process to record more melodic elements and move on to start the song arragments.
