How to arrange and mix melodic house | Live Electronic Music Tutorial 071

This template is the result of two EDM Sessions, EP026 and EP 070

I also refined and crated the song further after episode 70. While i used only The Sylenths 1 Synth i made good use of Logic Pro X audio processors to do the Mix-down and engineering. The project features a lot of automations on synths to create movement and build tension. It is completely produced song made 100% in MIDI so all of the elements are customisable.

In episode 071 we are arranging and mix a melodic progressive house song in Logic Pro X, The goal here is to turn a 16 bars beat into a full song by building arrangements and creating different parts to the song. We begin by creating a DJ friendly intro, this means having enough room and time to be able to properly mix the song.

As we move along with arrangements we also perform some mixing on the different elements and creating accents into the transitions by adding some drum fills and automations. We then move on to create a proper drop at about 2.30 min into the track, we then process to create the outro and mix the elements further.
