In episode 10 we make an epic trance breakbeat song with orchestral elements. We begin the project with chord progressions from our in house producer Inner Hearth, first we have two string sections, 2 French horns and a Church Choir triggered by MIDI. We then have the electronic elements starting with a rich pad, a bass pad, an arpeggiator and a main lead. The challenge for this song is to mix the orchestral elements properly in the mix as they are very rich and take a lot of room in the mix. We then start building the break beats using Drum Machine designer. We follow with a deeper engineering of the elements and start building a song.
